McKinsey and Company is hiring for the role of Implementation Facilitator - Growth, Marketing & Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely as part of various client-facing teams.
• Engage with senior McKinsey leaders and executive-level clients daily.
• You will be staffed on projects or engagements, working closely with clients.
• Be an active part of teams undertaking problem-solving, including quantitative, qualitative, process, people, and relationship-based approaches.
• Help develop and execute a plan to build client capabilities in project management and demonstrate intellectual curiosity regarding delivery, business context, and typical client needs.
• Help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during the business assessment phase and after the strategic recommendations have been made.
• Provide clients with decisive support in the introduction and implementation of strategic consulting concepts.
• Take on senior-level responsibilities in key drivers of growth i.e., micro market mapping, defining the Go-To-Market, building the direct-to-consumer channel, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a university with a consistently outstanding academic record
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
• Ability to work on MS Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
• Strong project management and communication skills
• High on drive and entrepreneurship.
