SmartQ is hiring for the role of Implementation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement and help clients implement SmartQ platform products remotely for clients.
• Train users on the usage of the technology.
• Help create user manuals.
• Interact with customers and clients on a daily/weekly basis via email, calls, or chat regarding various queries.
• Manage customer expectations on deliverables.
• Coordinate and work with clients at multiple levels—decision-makers, site managers, and ground-level operation staff.
• Understand the issues faced by customers across different solution platforms provided.
• Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information regarding solutions provided by SmartQ.
• Maintain ownership of customer issues until resolution.
• May be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales service to customers.
• Knowledge of products, customers, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all customer queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues when necessary to the responsible personnel.
• Document for reporting and client communications.
• Configure app settings, menu details, and verifications, ensuring the best user experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Graduate in any stream.
• Email etiquette.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• General know-how about computers and technology.
• Comfort working across India, with travel to client locations and launches on a regular basis.
• High degree of focus, time management, and planning.
• 2+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, decision-making, process adherence, collaboration, leadership, etc
