Implementation Engineer Job in Bangalore at SmartQ

SmartQ is hiring for the role of Implementation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement and help clients implement SmartQ platform products remotely for a client.
• Train the users on the usage of the technology. 
• Help create user manuals. 
• Interact with customers and clients on a daily/weekly basis via email or calls or chat regarding various queries. 
• Manage Customer expectations on the deliverables. 
• Coordinate and work with the client on multiple levels - decision-makers, site managers and ground-level operation staff. 
• Understand the issues faced by customers across different solution platforms provided. 
• Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information regarding solutions provided by SmartQ in that location. 
• Maintain ownership of customer issues until problem resolution. 
• Be responsible for pre-sales and post-sales service to customers. 
• Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to the responsible personnel. 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English 
• Stakeholder Management 
• Graduate in any stream
• Email Etiquette 
• Troubleshooting 
• Ability to multitask
• General know-how about computers and technology
• Should be comfortable working across India
• Includes travel on a regular basis to client locations and launches 
• A high degree of focus along with time management and planning  
• 2+ years of experience in relevant field 
• Project Management
• Good with both written and verbal communication
• Good with interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, decision making, following the processes, working with collaboration and leadership
