Rippling is hiring for the role of Implementation Data Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Partner with the Implementation Team and manage your own projects through JIRA
- Gather data from customers’ current HRIS vendor and put in the template required for Ripping imports
- Document bugs or gaps with the product so they can be improved
- Validate and QA complex sets of data to ensure customer accounts are properly set up.
- Help the organization scale and grow with the business.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a data role at a tech company
- Proficiency in JIRA, Google Sheets, Slack
- Excellent written communication
- Experience in a client facing role is a plus
