Fis Global is hiring for the role of InP - Implementation-Conversion Analyst I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Seek a qualified candidate possessing techno-functional experience in the Banking/financial domain.
• Demonstrate sound Business Analysis skills such as gathering requirements and creating functional design
• Work with client-facing Team and technical teams in resolving the issues and implementation activities.

Requirements:

• Building logic statements using conditions, loops, and functions.
• Basic Knowledge on Workflow business process management (This is a plus)
• Strong fundamental knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic Knowledge of SAP Business Objects (BO), XML, and HTML.
• Understanding & experience working with Customer Service and Issue management Tools like ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of Mobile banking applications.
• Knowledge of incident management tools like ServiceNow.
• The candidate should also have a good understanding of conditional logic (IF/ELSE/TRUE/FALSE)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed

• May require in-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management and related infrastructure technologies and practices.
