SHL is hiring for the role of Implementation Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partnering with Project Managers and Industrial Organisational consultants to form the project team and guide customers through end-to-end project journey.
• Take ownership of several projects at any time (based on complexity) with accountability for the implementation of the solution design.
• Steering customers in the direction of the most optimal solution for their organisation through consulting and aligning business design on the customer side, with SHL technology.
• Onboarding of new customers, preparation for project kick offs and participation in handover meetings
• Requirements gathering and production of specifications to SHL standards and templates.
• Direct projects to scope by adhering to project schedules and project baseline. Applying change control where appropriate
• Creating a positive customer experience and actively contribute to improving and scaling department.

Requirements:

• Implementations in a SaaS organisation (business analysis or system consulting role)
• Self-motivated with a tenacity to make things happen
• Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management
• Project management You will know the software development lifecycle.
• The aptitude to be both detail focused, whilst recognizing the big picture
