Keka is hiring for the role of Implementation Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Qualify customer needs and identify opportunities to deliver business outcomes and develop innovative solutions. 
• Demonstrate to clients how solutions work. They serve as subject matter experts on their relevant systems and software elevate issues outside of the scope of upper management and supervisors and document and present technical solutions that align with their client's business problems.
• Refine requirements documents and gain signoff based on feedback from the customer and internal engineering reviews.
• Work closely with leadership to create a positive working relationship and effective cohesive results.
• Participate across the sales life cycle in acquiring strategic customers.
• Ensure a thorough handover of the customer to the team responsible for onboarding and implementation.
• Take a consultative approach and put customer needs first.
• Work closely with the sales team and prospective customers to understand strategic business issues and identify and communicate solutions for the same.
• Formulate articulate strategy and objectives using strong presentation skills that focus on value.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, services, marketing, and support teams to provide input and share experiences.
• Work with stakeholders (clients, partners, and employees) to define the requirements and success criteria of projects.
• Earn client and partner trust through technical and functional expertise.
• Collaborate and negotiate in the context of achieving shared objectives.
