Implementation & Configuration Specialist Job in Bengaluru at Radancy

Radancy is hiring for the role of Implementation & Configuration Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own platform admin setup and configuration for new and existing projects.
• Manage customer domain and SSL setup processes.
• Execute translation, asset, and copy updates within CMS and related platforms.
• Build and configure CMS pages, including URL redirects and SS page migrations.
• Map jobs and scripts to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Configure recruiter tools (CRM, Referrals, Events) as required by project scope.
• Develop and execute test plans and launch day checklists for configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with creative, UI, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless configuration and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document configuration processes and update project documentation as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in technical configuration, implementation, or related digital delivery roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, web technologies, and digital integrations.
  • Basic scripting, data migration, and platform configuration knowledge.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and QA focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple configuration tasks independently across concurrent projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or Basecamp is a plus.
• Work Model: Hybrid — required to work from the Bengaluru office three times per week
