IFA Team Lead Job in Delhi at Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Relationship Managers or Sales Executives handling IFA channels
• Drive business targets through IFA recruitment, activation, and sustained engagement
• Conduct regular product training, motivation, and business planning with IFAs
• Monitor and track performance metrics of the IFA channel on a weekly/monthly basis
• Develop strong relationships with high-potential and top-performing IFAs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines
• Identify new markets or segments for IFA acquisition and business growth
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product) for smooth onboarding and servicing
• Handle escalations and resolve IFA queries to maintain high satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Good understanding of financial markets, products, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools
