Leap is hiring for the role of IELTS Youtube Trainer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and appear in educational content for LeapScholar's YouTube channel, including IELTS tips, strategies, and sample answers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video content that helps students prepare for IELTS.
• Conduct IELTS preparation classes for individuals or groups of students. 
• Assess students' English language proficiency levels.
• Provide constructive feedback on students' performance and progress, helping them identify areas for improvement.
• Administer mock IELTS exams to gauge students' readiness and track their progress.
• Offer guidance on effective test-taking strategies and time management techniques.
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their target IELTS scores.
• Stay updated on IELTS exam trends, format changes, and scoring criteria.
• Communicate regularly with students to address their questions, concerns, and provide additional support.

Requirements:

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational video content.
• Strong presentation skills and engaging personality suitable for digital content creation.
• You have taught IELTS for at least 6 months.
• Should have experience in all the 4 modules OR should have attended IELTS Exams with a minimum score of 7.
