Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation or Engineering from any stream
• Qualifying Marks: Minimum with 55% in aggregate.
• Age: Applicants should be below 27 years of age.

Remuneration

• Stipend during the programme: A total stipend of ₹2.32 lakh to ₹2.60 lakh will be paid during the programme.
• Starting Salary (CTC): ₹5.00 lakh or ₹5.50 lakh(Based on location).

Selection Process

The selection process for ICICI Bank Probationary Officer will comprise of

• Step 1: Online Aptitude Test
• Step 2: Online Personal Interview

Programme Highlights

• Term I (4 months) Commence with classroom training at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA), Bengaluru, one of the finest educational institutes in India. Monthly stipend of ₹5,000.
• Term II (2 Months) Start your Internship at ICICI Bank where you get the experience of working in a professional environment. Monthly stipend of ₹22,000 to ₹24,000.
• Term III (6 months) Experience on-the-job training at ICICI Bank, where we empower you to grow as a professional. Monthly stipend of ₹28,000 to ₹32,000.
