Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Executing various IC package layout designs across Micron’s product portfolio, including DDR, LPDDR, GDDR, NAND, and ASIC.
• Your responsibilities will include feasibility layout studies, mechanical substrate layouts, functional package layout designs, and more.
• The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
