Broadcom is hiring for the role of IC Design Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Block Level and Full chip level Static(IR)/Dynamic(IVD) sign-off
- Signal/Power EM sign-off at Block level and Full chip
- Custom power grid implementation for block/hardmacs
- System level Analysis (PDN) with board, package, interposer and die
- Collaboration with SoC and packaging teams in bump assignment and pkg routing optimization
- Dynamic analysis with vectorless/vectors/mixed mode analysis
- PG Grid resistance checks
Requirements:
- Knowledge of physical implementation is a plus
- Hands-on experience in RedHawk/RHSC/Voltus/PDN analysis/3DIC
- Solid understanding of Power Integrity Signoff Checks
- Proficiency in Perl, TCL, Python
- Familiarity with Innovus/ICC
- Effective communication with global cross-functional teams
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors – CS/EE/EC
