IBD Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Evalueserve

Evalueserve is hiring for the role of IBD Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company / M&A screening, and newsletter preparation
• Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers’ outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers’ valuation multiples, and possible buyer / seller opportunities
• Handle responsibilities such as training and guiding junior and new analysts, maintaining efficiency, working independently on complex projects, and     delivering error-free projects and client communications.
• Allocate projects to team members depending on their industry expertise and skills, resolve their project-related queries, and perform quality checks on   client deliverables
• Create and maintain databases
• Conduct on- and off-the-job training sessions for new hires and current team members.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking domain
• Strong Accounting and financial skills \Good MS Office Skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner
• Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
• Knowledge of database tools –Factset, Thomsonone, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg
• Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission
• Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
