Akzo Nobel is hiring for the job role of IAM Technical Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Azure AD identity management, configure Azure ad SSO using modern auth protocols-SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, manage Azure AD permissions, manage forest/domain/ou/user object management.
• Deployment/Administration of Azure AD Connect Tool, Configuring Synchronization Rules, Troubleshoot Synchronization Issues, Configuring Identity Governance policies, Configuring MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Configuring Hybrid Domain Join policies.
• Ensure both on-premises and Azure-based Active Directories are performant, highly available, scaled, maintained for operational and cost efficiency, and designed to the highest standards.
• Drive security standards and tenets to the highest levels and ensure that security capabilities are thoughtfully and relentlessly upheld through the entire Directory Services eco-system.
• Research, analyze, and recommend approaches for solving difficult and challenging Directory Services and integration problems.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of infrastructure engineers, developers, security engineers, and subject-matter experts.
• Hands-on experience with both on-premises and Azure-based Active Directory technologies.
• Skilled in Windows Server, Linux Server.
• Skilled in MS-SQL.
• Azure and GCP certifications.
• Experience with PowerShell or other modern automation frameworks.
• Proven depth and hands-on experience in most of the following Active Directory and Azure Active Directory capabilities.
• Object Management (users/groups/computers/endpoints) across both on-premises & Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Monitoring (health monitoring, capacity planning).
