Kotak is hiring for the role of IA Team Member-Support Services-Internal Audit!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Execute credit audits of various businesses under Commercial Bank/Wholesale Bank
• Understand and evaluate credit proposals independently and highlight gaps, if any
• Test operating effectiveness of controls, identify weaknesses, and make recommendations to improve the control environment
• Prepare audit reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Good understanding of banking business processes (lending) and exposure to credit underwriting/credit audits
• Knowledge of key regulatory requirements affecting banks' lending businesses
• Willingness to invest in and qualify for the internal audit practice
• Willingness to travel for the job
• Strong analytical skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills to engage with audit clients and the audit team
• Proficiency in MS Office, internal core banking, and other satellite systems
