Hyperion Engineer Job in Hyderabad at NTT DATA

NTT Data is hiring for the role of Hyperion Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Expertise in Hyperion Application Installation and Configuration of version 11.2.x and 11.1.x.x
• Troubleshooting of Installation Issues.
• Experience upgrading from one Hyperion version to another & assisting with the implementation and enhancement of system upgrades
• Good in-depth understanding of Hyperion backup and recovery methodologies.
• Primary responsibility is to provide technical and user support for Hyperion application modules, specifically Essbase and Planning. Also assist in support of HFM,HFR, FCM, OBIEE, FDMEE and ODI etc... on an as need basis.
• Assists with technical infrastructure issues.
• Responding to Incidents/Issues.
• Monitor, support and diagnose application systems to ensure specifications are met and maintain software updates.
• Provide user training and technical expertise on Hyperion products to support various department needs.
• perform monthly and yearly administration tasks (i.e., creating/updating substitution variables, adding user security, loading and copying data etc...)
• Maintain Essbase BSO and ASO outlines, calc scripts, MDX scripts and data loads
• Need expertise in planning web forms, task lists, utilities, macros, businee rules and security
• Experience with batch scripting in DOS with essbase and planning
• Expertise in Modules like HFM, HFR, FDMEE, ODI, FCM etc...
• Assist Junior resources as and when needed.
• Need to work independently to support customer issues and work on customer tasks.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
• Seasoned years of work experience.
• Seasoned experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization.
• Seasoned experience of Managed Services.
• Excellent working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Excellent experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties.
• Seasoned experience managing Packaged Application technologies such as ERP, Middleware and other business critical software.
