Hydraulics Product Engineer Job in Bangalore at Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T)

L&T is hiring for the role of Hydraulics Product Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and develop new hydraulic products from concept to production-ready status
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and prototyping to validate design concepts
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure product performance and reliability
• Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and engineering drawings
• Select appropriate materials and components based on performance requirements and cost considerations
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to production
• Conduct product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to address any design issues
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in hydraulic engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 3D modeling and drafting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform engineering calculations and simulations
• Knowledge of hydraulic principles, fluid dynamics, and component selection
