Hilton is hiring for the role of HWS Group Sales Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Mapping out the optimal processes for all lead management processes i.e., reactive group handling, non-customer facing while customer impacting.
  • Supporting in creating learning documents, playbooks, refresher material, and resource centers for both sales and sales support teams.
  • Identifying gaps and needs of the Lead Management team for improvements.
  • Developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance report templates. 
  • Generating reports as per the departmental reporting cadence.
  • Utilizing various tools and techniques to qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion.
  • Maintaining a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective lead tracking and management.
  • Coordinating and communicating with hotels and following up on outstanding proposals/agreements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align lead management strategies with sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensuring relevant communication is properly executed proactively both within the team and also within the hotels.
  • Maintaining and updating relevant reports.
  • Coordinating any required administrative work in terms of reporting of figures, and account forecasts within a given time frame.
  • Managing hotel information centrally for the team.
  • Coordinating collection of information for the various trackers (where relevant).
  • Assisting and acting as a liaison between the sales teams and hotels.
  • Responsible for data and information on a common drive.
  • Monitoring and analyzing lead conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to optimize conversion.
  • Providing regular reports and analyses on the status of leads, sales trends, and performance indicators to the stakeholders.
  • Educating sales teams on lead management processes.
  • Attending meetings with the sales team to discuss lead quality, lead conversion, and strategies for enhancing sales performance.
  • Handling and delegating any ad hoc inquiries from non-managed accounts.
  • Participating and attending relevant events and /or meetings where required.
  • Liaising with the other HWS offices where appropriate.
  • Assisting other administrative functions when required and directed.

Requirements:

  • University degree / Diploma or experience in lieu thereof.
  • Proven experience in sales lead management or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: presentations, written and verbal.
  • High ownership: Follows through to ensure delivery of changes, solutions & services that fulfill the seller's requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to direct collaboration among the team and external resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively under time and resource constraints.
  • Demonstrates the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement actions required to achieve functional goals.
  • Maintain a team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in pursuit of department goals.
  • Open-minded, flexible, creative, and uses initiative to resolve issues.
