TensorGo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Human Resources Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires. 
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. 
• Support in drafting HR letters and reports. 
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events. 
• Assist with attendance tracking as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
• Provide support in policy implementation and compliance-related activities..

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in assigned projects.
