About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. 
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards. 

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and disputes. 
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and efficient manner. 
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. 

3. HR Policy & Compliance:

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. 
  • Ensure company practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. 
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and industry trends. 

4. Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance review processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans. 
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs. 
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. 

 5. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and health benefits. 
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages. 
  • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation. 

6. HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. 
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management. 
  • Manage HR budgets and resource allocation. 

7. Organizational Development:

  • Support organizational change initiatives and manage transition processes. 
  • Facilitate team-building activities and enhance company culture. 
  • Advise on organizational design and development strategies. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred) 
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in an HR management role. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ATS & HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday). 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. 
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
