RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Sourcing  prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet  job boards, LinkedIn, networking, direct sourcing etc.
• Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews
• Preparing letters, agreements & certificates

REQUIREMENTS 

• Have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Sensitivity, Empathy and Integrity
• Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
