About this Job
Role & responsibilities :-
- Conducting sourcing activities for open positions
- Involvement in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Making SOPs and policies
- Conducting onboarding and exit process
- Handling HRIS software and Employee grievances.
- Handling other HR-related jobs assigned from time to time
Preferred candidate profile :-
- Preference for any graduate / MBA or PGDHRM (preferred).
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workloads.
- A creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- General computer proficiency.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Possess leadership qualities.
