About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate selection, and facilitate offer letters.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

3. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Track employee development and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

4. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Address queries related to compensation and benefits.

5. Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies as needed.
  • Manage audits and ensure proper documentation.

6. Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide support in goal setting, feedback, and career development planning.

7. HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, engagement levels, and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, TALLY).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
