About this Job
ArdorComm Media Group is a growing media organization connecting communities of education, HR, healthcare & wellness, governance, media, entertainment & art for B2B & B2C outreach, and socio-digital transformation through various facets like knowledge portals, webinars, events & awards, etc.
Responsibilities include:
1. Run the functions of the human resource (HR) department
2. Handle all the functions related to an employee, hire and interview staff, administer pay, benefits, and leave, and enforce company policies and practices
3. Handle training & development, employee relations
