Human Resources (HR) Internship Internship at ICHARS

Our courses are an amalgamation of various schools of psychotherapy focusing on a holistic approach to health (mental, emotional, and physical) and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with the core team to source and screen candidates for various internships

2. Posting job profiles on different websites to attract and hiring new talent

3. Maintaining the attendance sheets

4. Working on employee engagement activities

5. Organizing interviews, onboarding, and sending offer letters

6. Working on documentation related to HR processes and policies

7. Preparing and submitting timely reports

8. Managing project management software, i.e. ClickUp
