Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contributing to the HR functional strategy as a member of the leadership team
• Acting as the primary interface between HR and the agreed areas of the business
• Deploying agreed key people measures, identifying trends, and making recommendations to the business area and the HR leadership team to drive employee engagement levels
• Delivering services through the agreed consistent and functionally aligned operating models and the appropriate channels

Requirements:

• Experience in operational and financial planning
• Sound decision-making skills
• Experience in leading diverse professional teams
• Excellent knowledge of the relevant legal policies, regulations, and risk management
