Intel is hiring for the role of Human Resources Business Partner! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Work seamlessly with various business and HR stakeholders to ensure the people's imperatives are delivered with excellence and impact.
  • Exhibit credible domain expertise, understand aligned business group priorities, and effectively deliver on the HR operating plan.
  • Provide strategic counsel to managers and employees around talent factors related to the successful execution of the business strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and other partners to implement HR solutions that address business needs and deliver on business imperatives.
  • Conduct data analysis for the business to support the implementation of HR programs, processes, and services aligned to talent, performance and compensation, organization design, assessments talent planning, and employee relations.
  • Create organizational scorecards comprised of talent supply and demand, staffing metrics, market insights, demographics, and retention using standard data analytics tools and resources.
  • Encourage positive employee relations by using sensing tools, engaging directly with employees, and monitoring organizational health.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on performance-related issues
  • Guide and influence managers on key organizational and management concerns. Acts as a steward of corporate HR practices, guidelines, and policies.
  • Hold accountability for the execution of standard activities across the talent lifecycle and partner with HR COEs to drive effective delivery of high-quality standardized HR solutions.
  • Prepare leaders for talent review discussions and facilitate quarterly talent check-in meetings to ensure the business follows through on talent commitments and strategies.
  • Manage the talent pools at the business level and play an active role in the recruitment of priority talent, influencing selection processes that encourage diversity of candidates, geographic workforce, and use of best hiring practices to attract talent.
  • Deploy interventions in partnership with the CEOs to resolve business challenges. 

Requirements:

  • Open to hiring a fresher or 1-2 year experience who is willing to learn
  • MBA in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school Selected candidate will demonstrate 
  • Ability to work with deep ambiguity
  • Ability to prioritize under fast-moving scenarios
  • Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in technology and data
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage conflict
