Mouser Electronics is hiring for the role of Human Resources Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Delivers a welcoming and professional impression of the company to employees, candidates, visitors, etc.
• Performing data entry tasks in any Mouser’s systems accurately and timely order.
• Being responsible for maintaining data integrity.
• Performing administrative activities related to onboarding process and HR operational activities.
• Relates well with diverse population and at all levels.
• Ensure updation of real time data entry in systems.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Assist in HR data analysis as required.
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, employee engagement activities. 

Requirements:

• Works effectively and efficiently in a various system.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Require Good Typing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, experienced in HR system will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or in other disciplines is preferred.
