• Oversee office administration including vendor management, office supplies, and facility coordination.
• Manage travel, events, and logistics requirements for the team.
• Coordinate with external service providers for statutory compliances and office maintenance.
• Support management in implementing company culture, employee welfare activities, and workplace improvements.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: B. Tech and MBA (HR) preferred. A technical background is a plus.
• Experience: 0-3 years of work experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of job portals and social media hiring.
• Experience in startups is a plus.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
