Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a strong desire to pursue a career in HR.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
