Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, career websites).
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus hiring events, and industry networking events.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
