Net Connect Global is hiring for the role of Human Resource Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Collaboration: 

• Work closely with other HR team members, department heads, and managers to ensure a coordinated and consistent onboarding experience. 

Documentation and Record-keeping: 

• Maintain accurate records of employee onboarding, including completed paperwork and training documentation. 
• Ensure that all onboarding data is securely stored and accessible when needed.   

Feedback and Improvement 

• Collect feedback from new employees regarding the onboarding process and suggest improvements. 
• Continuously assess and update onboarding materials and procedures. 

Support and Assistance: 

• Be a point of contact for new employees, answering their questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process. 
• Address any concerns or issues that arise during onboarding. 

Paperwork and Compliance: 

• Assist new hires in completing necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, tax forms, and benefits enrolment. 
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. 

Preparation and Planning: 

• Coordinating with hiring managers for new joined. 
• Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are prepared or sent.
