Lenovo is hiring for the role of Human Resource Project Management Officer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate::

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, including team-building events, social gatherings, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support The design and implementation of career development programs and initiatives, including job rotations and cross-functional experiences.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training programs, tracking employee participation, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support the end-to-end campus hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to elevate DWS Delivery EVP to attract the right talent.
  • Maintain and update the HR database with key metrics related to headcount, hiring, diversity, attrition and employee engagement.
  • Generate regular reports and analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information regarding HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of HR communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
  • Assist in managing key HR processes such as Lenovo Listens, Rewards & Recognition, and Learning & Development
  • Assist in day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBA qualified (2024 pass outs) with some internship or experience before post-graduation will be preferred.
  • Skills: Good Communication, Attention to Detail, go getter kind of person who can manage things end to end with some guidance etc.
