Human Resource Intern Internship in Gurugram at Getwork

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment:

• Assist in managing day-to-day recruitment activities. 
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. 
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams. 
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS system. 
• Ensure proper follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

B. HR Operations:

• Assist in documentation and maintaining employee records. 
• Support candidate joining formalities and onboarding process. 
• Assist with exit formalities and documentation. 
• Maintain HR databases and filing records.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / Graduation in HR or related field. 
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus. 
• Strong organizational and data management skills. 
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
