About this Job

Key Responsibilities: 

A. Recruitment (80%)

  • Manage day-to-day recruitment activities for assigned roles. 
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and internal databases. 
  • Shortlist candidates based on role requirements. 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders. 
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS system. 
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. 
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for open positions. 

B. HR Operations (20%)

  • Assist with employee documentation and HR records management. 
  • Support candidate onboarding and joining formalities. 
  • Handle exit formalities and documentation when required. 
  • Maintain HR databases and employee files for smooth HR operations. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field. 
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience can also be considered). 
  • Good communication and coordination skills. 
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational and data management skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
