Tesco is hiring for the role of Human Resource Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions using Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques
• Completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPIs
• Applying fundamental work theories, concepts, and processes within the scope of work
• Completing, supporting, and coordinating HR Admin and Payroll Admin transactions
• Creating and updating colleague records from hire to retire (personal, position, and job details)
• End-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating, and inputting payroll data for all employees
• Maintaining good working relationships with internal teams and colleagues in the UK
• Promptly and accurately answering all HR and payroll queries to ensure a great colleague experience
• Ensuring all transactions are processed with an accuracy score above 99.50%
• Liaising with People & Safety Managers regarding queries and issues related to colleague pay
• Understanding and applying UK legislation, Tesco policies, DC-specific terms & conditions, and payroll systems to ensure compliance
• Specializing in tasks such as new starters, ROTA changes, retrospective corrections, leavers, and transfers
