Meesho is hiring for the role of Human Resource Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Liaison with Business stakeholders and the Internal HR team for successful implementation of initiatives.
• Liaison with external vendors to ensure overall program management including contracting, project governance, delivery timelines, etc.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of employee data for informed decision-making.
• Ensure the creation of a feedback loop for all initiatives and garner regular feedback.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years experience in  program management/program implementation, preferred in eCommerce or fast-growing startups
• Excellent data analytical skills including but not limited to Excel
• Experience in managing multiple internal stakeholders
• Good communication and creative thinking
• Organized and efficient: Ability to work to tight deadlines
