Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the e-learning industry.
• Conduct interviews, select candidates, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Implement performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in alignment with the organization's goals.
• Facilitate continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
