Job Description:

• Assist HR team in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for different roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide logistical support during recruitment activities.
• Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist in preparing orientation materials, including welcome kits, company policies, and procedures manuals.
• Help facilitate orientation sessions and tours to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, and organizational structure
