TTEC is hiring for the role of Human Capital Services Associate Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and support global mobility and immigration cases for international employee relocations.
• Prepare and review documentation required for immigration compliance, including work permits, residence permits, and business visas.
• Communicate proactively with employees, candidates, and stakeholders to provide updates and guidance throughout the relocation process.
• Collaborate with external immigration vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case progression.
• Work closely with other HR teams to ensure employment records are accurately tracked and maintained for both home and host countries.
• Maintain detailed case records and tracking systems to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Senior Team Leader as appropriate.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the Global Mobility and Immigration team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation requirements is a plus.
