HSIO Validation Engineer Job in Bangalore at NVIDIA

NVIDIA is hiring for the role of HSIO Validation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive planning and execution of functional and PHY power bring-up, system-level feature validation, corner qualification, and resulting debugging on NVIDIA Silicon.
• Drive-related schedules, programming guides, customer escalations, manufacturing yield improvements, and design feedback.
• Coordinate with logic design, circuit design, board design, Simulation, diagnostics, ATE, firmware, driver, and marketing teams.
• Develop new methodologies to improve the silicon validation process.
• Find innovative solutions to complex silicon and system-level problems to productize silicon and refine future designs.

Requirements:

• BTech/BE degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience working in analog, IP validation
• Strong EE fundamentals, knowledgeable in digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, and computer architecture
• Excellent knowledge of Signal integrity concepts, Jitter, Silicon characteristics, and high-speed interface electrical characterization interfaces (any of PCIe-gen3/Gen4, USB3, Thunderbolt, SAS, DDRx, or similar protocols)
• Thorough knowledge of lab/measurement equipment (DSOs, Protocol analyzers, Data Acquisition units) is required
• Strong data analysis skills. Prior experience working with volume data is a plus
• Expert programming skills in one or more of Python, JavaScript, C/C++
