Deloitte is hiring for the role of HRT- Workday (Functional/Technical)- Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage in Workday HR implementations and support projects, contributing your expertise in Workday Integrations, Functional roles, or Conversion roles.
• Maintain specialization in specific areas while understanding how it connects to broader market issues.
• Participate in both implementation and support phases of Workday projects.
• Conduct meaningful conversations with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Participate in design discussions and mapping sessions with client stakeholders, especially in Integration and Conversion roles.
• Engage in cross-training with other modules and team members to gain a holistic view of projects.
• Collaborate with the HR Transformation team to develop leading global HR strategies and deliver a superior employee experience.
• Innovate on new solutions and products to address clients’ most difficult challenges.
• Continuously build skills and knowledge in Workday and broader human capital trends to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-10 years of experience in Workday projects.
• Education: Required B.Tech, B.E., MBA, or MCA.
• Certification: Must have active Workday Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential across all roles.
• Workday Experience: At least two projects in Workday Core HCM, Core & Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
• HR Process Knowledge: Experience in HR processes and working on functional aspects of Workday modules.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of any industry would be a plus.
• Workday Tools: Expertise in Workday EIB, Studio, PECI, WECI Document Transformation, Core HCM/Benefits/Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML, and Web Services API.
• Development Skills: Ability to design and develop integrations using EIB, Studio, XSLT, and Document Transformation.
• Technical Skills: Experience in coding, writing design/technical specifications, performing code reviews, and understanding integration strategies.
• End-to-End Conversion: Experience in handling end-to-end conversions for at least two large Workday projects.
• ETL Experience: Must have handled ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for two projects.
• Client Interaction: Ability to manage mapping discussions and propose the number of prototypes needed for client projects.
• Adaptability: Ability to work on both implementation and support projects across different industries.
• Innovation: A mindset focused on delivering world-class services and innovative solutions.
• Collaboration: Willingness to cross-train and collaborate with different team members and modules.
