Johnson Controls (JC) is hiring for the role of HRSSC Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per processes and according to the Case Management Framework and the SOX Matrix.
- Audit data entry accuracy is done by HRSSC team members and through self-service.
- Assist with data corrections requested by COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).
- Troubleshoot issues with interfaces to vendors.
- Support M&A, divestitures, and reorganizations.
- Generate and distribute ad-hoc internal reports.
- Implement mass compensation changes in Workday (including Salary Planning loads.
- Coordinate salary planning loads in Workday with Comp CoE/Payroll.
- Support testing for systems enhancements related to HRSSC operations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of working experience in an HR Service Center or HR operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business or a related field is required.
- Experience on core HR operations processes
- Experience in Workday / Service Now
