HRIS Specialist Job in Gurgaon at Milliman Management Consulting Company

Milliman is hiring for the position of HRIS Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert for Milliman U.
• Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
• Assist with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll).
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
• Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of HRIS or two to four years HR generalist or specialist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• System implementation experience preferred.
• HRIS (UKG and Absorb preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint and OneNote preferred.
