HRIS Integration Consultant Job in Mumbai at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of HRIS Integration Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design integration flows and mapping for Darwinbox HCM with internal and external systems (payroll, attendance, ERP, finance).
• Configure Darwinbox integration modules and set up connectors such as APIs, middleware, and SFTP jobs.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing, including unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
• Support HR technology implementation by solving integration-related issues during and after deployment.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and stability of integrations across multiple systems.
• Provide support during go-live and post-production phases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with system capabilities.
• Follow Deloitte’s consulting standards—quality, risk management, communication excellence, agility, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, or related technical field).
• Strong understanding of Indian Payroll processes.
• Experience with Darwinbox preferred (even partial exposure is valuable).
• Good to have experience with payroll tools such as: SAP HR, ZingHR, GreytHR, OrangeHR, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in integration concepts (APIs, SFTP, connectors, middleware).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-handling abilities.
• Ability to work in hybrid mode and travel occasionally for client engagements.
• Agile, collaborative, tech-savvy mindset aligned with Deloitte Human Capital consulting standards.
• Ability to manage change, deliver high-quality work, and engage effectively with teams.
