RWS is hiring for the role of HRIS & Data Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Executing and administering end-to-end reporting schedule globally from multiple systems; including the monthly schedule, ad-hoc report requests, BI reporting enhancements/creation/issue resolution ensuring data accuracy, professionalism and timeliness.
• Completing regular data audits, working with People Services HR teams completing actions arising from these audits.
• Supporting issue resolution from start to finish, including scoping, options and mitigations as necessary, working collaboratively with all stakeholders.
• Working with wider team to understand requirements for changes/enhancements to support continuous improvement, using system knowledge to support solution. Updating training material as necessary.
