HRBP Manager Job in Mumbai at Sharekhan Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to the business by understanding key objectives and aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
• Drive employee retention strategies and analyze attrition trends.
• Handle exit interviews and derive actionable insights.
• Lead headcount and workforce planning, ensuring optimal talent allocation.
• Manage performance management systems (PMS) across functions.
• Coordinate hiring for BM (Branch Manager) and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with regional teams for pan-India hiring support.
• Engage in stakeholder management at multiple levels, including CHRO and department heads.
• Address and manage employee grievances effectively.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalations within the team.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 8+ years of HRBP or core HR experience, preferably in the broking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, employment laws, and compliance.
• Proven experience in regional or multi-location hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to handling grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
