HRBP - Associate Consultant Job in Pune at Virtusa

Virtusa is hiring for the role of  HRBP - Associate Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for the respective business unit(s).
• Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience.
• Drive Engagement activities for specific BU as well as Pune location-centric.
• Work with respective Business leaders and SBU HR Heads for implementation of business-specific HR programs, employee connects, employee wellness, facilitating quarterly R&R, town halls, etc.
• Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly.

Requirements:

• A degree in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from a premium Institute would be preferred.
• Sound understanding of Human resources fundamentals and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent Communication skills, Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, Proactive nature, Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, Highly organized and good people skills.
