LSEG is hiring for the role of HR Transformation Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Collaborates with stakeholders across people function and technology to design detailed processes for the future people operations division which are simplified, consolidated, standardised, automated and global
  • Builds the taxonomy for LSEG’s future people operations processes ensuring a detailed audit trail and documentation are in place, with detailed processes for each step documented optimally
  • Supports the identification of training requirements linked to changes in core HR processes
  • Identifies control points, KPIs and SLAs and ensures all are detailed within set parameters
  • Inputs into requirements for knowledge articles and quality assurance to ensure a consistent approach across Tier 0
  • Plays a leading role in user acceptance testing and knowledge transfer for the new processes

Requirements:

  • Workday & service experience is essential, also helpful to have experience with other HR Systems/multiple platforms
  • Proven experience in delivering customer-centric service provision
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Customer Service attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in delivering customer-centric service provision
  • Evidence of self-motivation and a proactive approach are vital
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask, rise to the challenge of large volumes of work during peak periods of HR activity and can deal with conflicting priorities
  • Delivery and results-driven, committed to high standards of excellence
  • Pro-active and demonstrates initiative and project personal credibility and expertise
  • High ethical standards in line with the company values and complete confidentiality
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relations with the business at all levels
  • Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and explain concepts in a straightforward manner
  • Ability to work with data, providing analysis and insights
  • Confident in challenging the way things are done and providing alternative ideas
  • Proficient in business English
  • Track record with process mapping projects, ideally within HR/Payroll
  • Experience working with ARIS, Microsoft Visio or similar process mapping tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and business and sector expertise!
  • Understanding of leading practice process mapping techniques
  • Awareness of the People lifecycle and People issues including performance management, employee relations, well-being, recruitment etc.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement approaches, process mapping and basic change management
  • Experience in people operations in a financial services-regulated environment
  • Experience in multi-country companies, working with colleagues from different cultures
